We are a growth-driven company looking for a Team Lead Sales Development to drive our sales development strategy and build a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or B2B sales
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualification, and outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus
