About the Role

As a Surveillance Security Ambassador with GardaWorld in Tucson, you are the first line of awareness. From a centralized monitoring station, you watch over multiple camera feeds, reading each frame for anything out of place. This role rewards a disciplined, observant mind: the ability to notice the small irregularity that others overlook and to act on it before a situation escalates.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor a bank of surveillance screens, scanning live video feeds for unusual or suspicious activity.
• Identify potential threats and respond promptly according to established security protocols.
• Document observations, incidents, and notable events with clear, accurate detail.
• Communicate findings to on-site personnel and supervisors to coordinate an effective response.
• Maintain steady focus and situational awareness throughout each shift.
