About the Role

As a Retail Stocking Team Lead at Burlington, you'll be a trusted member of the store's leadership group, working within the Back of House and Receiving operation. You'll partner closely with the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor, serving as an extension of that role and helping Receiving Associates stay productive, motivated, and on track throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and direct Receiving Associates as they process, sort, and stock incoming merchandise
• Act as a leadership presence in the Back of House, stepping in for the Stocking Team Supervisor when needed
• Help maintain an efficient, organized, and safe receiving area
• Coach team members and reinforce store standards in a fast-moving environment
• Coordinate stocking workflow to keep the sales floor well supplied
