About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent at North Beach Village Resort, you will manage the heartbeat of our front desk operations in Fort Lauderdale. From greeting incoming guests to coordinating room availability, you will keep reservations accurate and guests delighted throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and update a live inventory of room vacancies, reservations, and assignments.
• Apply a solid understanding of reservations procedures to support smooth booking operations.
• Process same-day bookings and arrange future reservations whenever the situation calls for it.
• Follow established cancellation procedures accurately and professionally.
• Work through the daily operational checklist to keep front desk tasks on schedule.
• Stay informed on room locations, available room categories, and current rate structures.
• Check in arriving guests, assign appropriate rooms, and coordinate room readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with hotel reservations and front desk workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine focus on guest satisfaction.
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Comfortable using booking and property management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County.
