Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Part Time

Dragonfly Cares is hiring caring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) for a part-time role in Sea Cliff, Nassau County, delivering one-on-one ABA support that helps children grow and thrive.

About the Role

As a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) with Dragonfly Cares, you'll provide after-school 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children across center-based, in-home, and hybrid settings in Sea Cliff, Nassau County. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with an immediate start and an hourly pay range of $23–$26.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy to children during after-school hours.
• Support each child in strengthening communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Carry out treatment plans created and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide services in a variety of environments, including the center, the child's home, and hybrid arrangements.
• Track progress and document session data accurately and consistently.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification, or eligibility and willingness to work toward becoming a BT/RBT.
• A compassionate, dependable approach to working with children.
• Comfort delivering services across center-based and in-home settings in Nassau County.
• Flexibility to commit to a part-time, after-school schedule.
