Legends Global is hiring a full-time Requisition Conversion Crew (Changeover Crew) in Bakersfield, Kern County, with an immediate start at the Dignity Health Arena, Theater & Convention Center. If you enjoy hands-on, fast-paced work behind the scenes of live events, this on-site role puts you at the heart of every show and gathering.

About the Role

As a member of the Requisition Conversion Crew, you'll be the team that transforms venue spaces between events at a 10,000-seat arena and a 3,000-seat theater. Working in Bakersfield, Kern County, you'll handle the physical setup and breakdown that keeps each event running smoothly, ensuring spaces are ready on schedule for concerts, performances, conventions, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure event layouts across the arena and theater spaces
• Break down and clear setups efficiently once events conclude
• Carry out related preparation tasks, which may include painting and other venue upkeep duties
• Support quick turnarounds between events to meet tight scheduling demands
• Work safely and collaboratively as part of a hands-on changeover team

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and moving equipment for extended periods
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event needs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow setup instructions accurately
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to pitch in on a variety of tasks
• Available to work on-site in Bakersfield, Kern County (this is not a remote position)
