As the Site Facilities Manager at Maclellan, you will own the day-to-day operation, upkeep, and performance of a client facility in Queen Creek, Maricopa County. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations and ensure the site meets quality, safety, and service standards
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep across the property and its systems
• Lead and motivate on-site staff, fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture
• Manage schedules, resources, and vendor relationships to keep operations on track
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
