Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and basic repairs.
• Practical skill in drywall patching, repair, and finishing.
• Working knowledge of plumbing repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to carry out both interior and exterior painting projects.
