As a Janitorial Maintenance associate at Pilot Company in Minot, Ward County, you will be the person who keeps our facility clean, safe, and ready for travelers around the clock. Key Responsibilities

• Keep the entire store clean and presentable throughout each shift
• Sanitize and maintain restrooms and shower facilities to high standards
• Collect, wash, dry, and restock towels used in the shower areas
• Handle routine upkeep and minor repairs across the travel center
• Gather trash from inside and around the property and dispose of it properly
• Support a positive guest experience by ensuring all facilities stay well maintained

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work on-site in Minot, Ward County
