As the Overnight Residential Supervisor-Weekends, you will help guide and stabilize a co-ed residential treatment program at the Southeast Campus in Plymouth. Working weekend overnight hours, you will oversee day-to-day operations and support youth who have lived through trauma and who face meaningful emotional and behavioral difficulties. This is a hands-on opportunity to bring a compassionate, structured care model to life while collaborating with a committed team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight residential operations during weekend shifts at the Southeast Campus.
• Provide consistent, trauma-informed support to youth with significant emotional and behavioral needs.
• Help implement and uphold the program's trauma-informed care approach.
• Maintain a safe, stable, and nurturing environment throughout overnight hours.
• Partner with fellow staff to ensure continuity of care and smooth shift transitions.
