About the Role

As a CDL Bus Driver with Greyhound Lines, Inc., you become the face of a company that has carried passengers across the country for a century. Based out of the Pelham, Hillsborough County area and serving routes in and around Boston, MA, you'll do far more than operate a coach—you'll create a welcoming, secure travel experience for every customer who steps aboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a passenger motorcoach along assigned routes, following all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
• Welcome travelers, answer questions, and provide attentive, courteous service throughout each trip.
• Assist passengers with boarding, seating, and baggage handling as needed.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
• Maintain accurate trip records and communicate promptly with dispatch.
• Champion safety and a positive customer experience on every mile of the journey.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate passenger endorsements.
• A strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and dependability.
• Genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule on routes serving Boston, MA.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and courteous in a passenger-facing environment.
