Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, efficient ground handling support to ensure flights depart and arrive on schedule.
• Perform ramp duties outdoors in a demanding, fast-paced aviation setting.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures without exception to protect crew, equipment, and aircraft.
• Coordinate closely with fellow ground agents and airline staff to support smooth flight operations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and physically active throughout the shift, in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Able to perform reliably under time pressure in a busy operational environment.
• A dependable team player who can collaborate effectively with others on the ramp.
• Available to work full-time, on-site at the Oakland location (this role is not remote).
