About the Role

As a Program Performance Insights Analyst – Marketing Expansion at Cardinal Health, you will sit within the company's Data & Analytics function, which guides the full analytics lifecycle to surface meaningful insights, anticipate emerging opportunities, and strengthen Cardinal Health's competitive position. In this on-site Helena role, you will partner with marketing and business stakeholders to measure program performance, evaluate expansion initiatives, and translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and program performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain reporting and business intelligence solutions that inform strategic decisions.
• Support the design, access, and implementation of analytic data platforms across the organization.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, results-focused manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with marketing expansion goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
• Proficiency with reporting and BI tools and the ability to work with analytic data platforms.
• Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn raw data into a compelling narrative.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to work on-site in Helena, Lewis and Clark County (this is not a remote position).
