About the Role

As a Project Manager at Pritchard Industries, you will oversee facility services initiatives from start to finish across our Crestwood, Houston operations. Working closely with clients and field teams, you will keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with the high service standards that define our work in facility maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day planning, scheduling, and execution of facility services projects.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client partners, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and consistently met.
• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and resources to deliver dependable, high-quality outcomes.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, resolving issues before they impact service.
• Champion operational efficiency and continuous improvement across every engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects, ideally within facility services or a related operations-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
• Ability to work on-site in Crestwood, Houston in a full-time capacity.
