About the Role

This full-time Sr. Associate Engineer - Process Development position is based on-site in Waltham, MA, supporting a major pharmaceutical organization through a trusted, long-standing client partnership with Yoh. You will contribute to process development initiatives within a fast-paced, science-driven environment, working a standard Monday through Friday schedule with an early morning start (between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM) across an eight-hour shift. Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute process development activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing and research programs.
• Assist in designing, running, and documenting laboratory and process experiments.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to inform process improvements and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and scientific teams to meet project milestones.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to established quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in process development or a closely related area.
• Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Waltham, MA, Monday through Friday with an early morning start time.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and team collaboration skills suited to a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
