About the Role
As a QC Inspector I with LaunchTWS, you will verify that components and assemblies meet exact engineering and quality requirements before they advance through production. Working hands-on at our Port Wentworth, Chatham County location, you'll interpret technical documentation and apply careful inspection methods to catch issues early and protect product integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out inspection tasks by referencing engineering drawings, work orders, route cards, and inspection travelers.
- Follow work instructions, technical specifications, and established QA procedures throughout each inspection.
- Complete both preliminary and progressive inspections at the appropriate stages of the build process.
- Document findings accurately and flag nonconforming items in line with quality guidelines.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to maintain compliance with applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, route cards, technical specifications, and related quality documentation.
- Familiarity with QA procedures, inspection travelers, and structured work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical, accuracy-focused approach to inspection work.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Port Wentworth, Chatham County (Savannah, GA area).
