About the Role
As a Workday Source to Pay Senior Manager at Protiviti, you will lead the design and delivery of Workday procurement and accounts payable solutions for clients across industries. This is a hands-on leadership position based in New York City, with the role also supported in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where you will guide engagement teams, shape client strategy, and bring the Workday Source to Pay suite to life from blueprint through deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday Source to Pay implementations, spanning procurement, supplier management, and accounts payable workstreams.
- Serve as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating business goals into configured, scalable Workday solutions.
- Direct project teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and uphold quality across each phase of delivery.
- Identify process improvements and advise clients on best practices for procure-to-pay operations.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering Protiviti's collaborative and inclusive culture.
Qualifications
- Substantial hands-on experience configuring and deploying the Workday Source to Pay module.
- A track record of leading enterprise Workday or procurement transformation engagements.
- Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
- A consultative mindset paired with the curiosity and passion for continuous learning that defines Protiviti.
- Willingness to work on-site in New York City for this full-time position.
