About the Role

As a Life Sciences Market Access Manager based in Tempe, Maricopa County, you will partner with clients across the health ecosystem to shape pricing, reimbursement, and patient-access strategies that turn scientific innovation into real-world impact. Working shoulder to shoulder with Deloitte leaders and cross-functional teams, you will guide engagements that drive sustainable progress and measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for life sciences products.
• Advise clients on payer engagement, value demonstration, and access pathways across commercial and government channels.
• Lead project workstreams, manage timelines, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Translate evidence, market dynamics, and policy shifts into practical access solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building Deloitte's market access capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in life sciences market access, pricing, reimbursement, or healthcare consulting.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medtech landscape and the payer environment.
• Proven ability to lead engagements, manage stakeholders, and deliver results in fast-moving settings.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tempe, Maricopa County; this is not a remote position.
