Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant to join its Emerging ERP Solutions practice in Birmingham, Jefferson County. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll help finance leaders modernize how they plan, budget, and forecast using cloud-based ERP technology.

About the Role

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant, you will partner with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to reimagine finance and supply-chain operations. Working within Deloitte's Emerging ERP Solutions practice, you'll deploy cloud-based platforms such as Workday Financials and Infor to drive measurable efficiency and lasting value for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for client finance teams.
• Collaborate directly with CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders to translate business goals into scalable ERP outcomes.
• Streamline finance and supply-chain processes to make them more efficient and cost-effective.
• Apply Deloitte's deep functional and technical expertise to deliver enduring results for clients.
• Guide and mentor project teams throughout the full implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and related cloud-based ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting, forecasting, and supply-chain processes.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Workday Financials and Infor is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders such as CFOs and CIOs.
• A consultative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to client success.
