Senior Counsel

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to join our legal team in Salem, Marion County, supporting our growing Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical operations. This full-time, on-site role offers a seasoned attorney the chance to guide legal strategy at a company shaping the future of healthcare and beyond.

About the Role

As Senior Counsel at Fujifilm, you will operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team, advising on the full range of legal matters that affect FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation and its Life Science and Pharma businesses. Your work will focus on reducing exposure to legal liability while safeguarding and advancing the company's legal interests across a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide trusted legal counsel on issues impacting the company and its Life Science and Pharmaceutical affiliates.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate areas of legal risk before they escalate.
• Protect the organization's legal rights and ensure its positions are fully supported.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver practical, business-minded legal guidance.
• Work autonomously on complex matters while contributing to broader legal department goals.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active admission to a state bar.
• Substantial experience practicing law, ideally with exposure to the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and manage legal risk across a corporate organization.
• Strong judgment, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to advise independently.
• Willingness to work on-site in Salem, Marion County.
