About the Role

As a Title Closer with Lippes Mathias LLP, you will manage real estate closings from start to finish, ensuring every transaction is executed cleanly, on time, and in full compliance. This is a substantive, hands-on position based in our Mangonia Park, Palm Beach County office, where your contributions are recognized and your professional growth is genuinely supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to final disbursement.
• Examine title commitments, resolve outstanding exceptions, and confirm clear title prior to closing.
• Prepare, review, and verify settlement statements, closing documents, and related disclosures for accuracy.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and underwriters to keep each transaction moving smoothly.
• Handle escrow funds, disbursements, and post-closing follow-up in line with regulatory and firm standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Title Closer or in real estate title, escrow, or settlement services.
• Working knowledge of title commitments, closing documentation, and the closing process from start to finish.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple closings concurrently.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, lenders, and colleagues.
• Ability to work on-site, full-time, in our Mangonia Park, Palm Beach County office.
