Program Manager

Edventure More (EDMO) is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Del Rey Oaks, Monterey County to help guide the daily operations and continued growth of our award-winning out-of-school programs.

About the Role

As Program Manager at Edventure More, you will be the connective tissue between our mission and the families we serve in Del Rey Oaks and the wider Monterey County community. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for an organized, people-first leader who thrives on coordinating moving parts, supporting seasonal teams, and ensuring every camp and after-school experience runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and day-to-day delivery of EDMO summer camps and school-year enrichment programs.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and communication across program sites to keep operations on track.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of seasonal and school-year staff.
• Build strong relationships with families, partner sites, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor program quality and outcomes, applying feedback to strengthen the participant experience.
• Partner with full-time leadership to advance organizational goals and uphold EDMO's standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing programs, projects, or teams, ideally within education, youth development, or a nonprofit setting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for working with staff, families, and community partners.
• A collaborative, mission-driven mindset and genuine enthusiasm for supporting young learners.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Del Rey Oaks, Monterey County.
