About the Role

As a full-time Quick Lube Technician at Dondelinger Hyundai, you'll be the first line of fast, friendly service for drivers throughout the Brainerd area. This hands-on position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys working on vehicles, takes pride in quality work, and wants room to grow within a respected, family-owned dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine oil changes, lubrication, and fluid level checks accurately and efficiently
• Inspect filters, belts, tires, and other components, flagging any issues for further service
• Top off and replace fluids according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work bay
• Deliver courteous service that keeps customers returning to Dondelinger Hyundai
• Document completed work and communicate findings to the service team

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude with solid customer service skills
• Ability to work on your feet in an active shop environment
• Prior quick lube or dealership experience is a plus but not required — we're happy to train the right candidate
