Maintenance Supervisor

Lead the upkeep of a thriving residential community as a Maintenance Supervisor with National Community Renaissance in Nas North Island, San Diego County. This full-time, on-site role puts you at the heart of property operations, where your leadership keeps homes safe, functional, and well cared for.

About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will report directly to the Community Manager and take ownership of the physical condition of the property along with the direction of the entire maintenance crew. Based on-site in Nas North Island, San Diego County, you will balance hands-on technical work with day-to-day team leadership to keep every aspect of the site running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Community Manager to preserve the condition and value of the property while staying within the approved operating budget.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance projects from start to completion.
• Lead, schedule, and develop the maintenance team, providing guidance and support across all assignments.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests, stepping in personally to assist with repairs and service tasks as needed.
• Maintain the overall integrity and appearance of the physical site to a consistently high standard.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in property or facilities maintenance, ideally within a residential community setting.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate a maintenance team.
• Strong working knowledge of general repair and building systems across multiple trades.
• Organizational skills to manage projects, prioritize requests, and operate within budget guidelines.
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to work on-site full time in Nas North Island, San Diego County.
