About the Role
Uline is hiring a full-time Assistant Facilities Manager for its Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie, Kenosha County (12885 104th St., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158). In this hands-on, on-site position, you'll guide multiple teams responsible for the upkeep, inspection, and overall condition of a high-volume distribution facility — creating an environment employees take pride in showing up to every day. Standard hours are Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate several facilities and maintenance teams across the Pleasant Prairie campus.
- Carry out regular building inspections to spot issues before they disrupt operations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment and systems performing reliably.
- Champion a clean, safe, and professional workplace that reflects Uline's high standards.
- Partner with staff and leadership to resolve facility needs quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supervising teams in a facilities, maintenance, or building operations setting.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance practices.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Availability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
