About the Role

As a Case Manager - Housing Stabilizer with L.A. Family Housing Corporation, you'll support participants across Service Planning Area 2 (SPA 2) on their path from homelessness to a permanent place to call home. This on-site position in Chatsworth pays USD $26.42 per hour and is ideal for someone who treats homelessness as a solvable systemic challenge and wants purpose-driven work that creates real change.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct case management to participants working toward housing stability throughout SPA 2.
• Build individualized service plans and connect clients with resources that promote long-term housing retention.
• Apply your skills, lived experience, and creativity to remove barriers to stable housing.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to implement and advance proven best practices.
• Document services and track participant progress in line with program requirements.
