Interstate Batteries is hiring a full-time Supply Chain Development & Analytics Manager in Dallas, Texas to drive smarter, data-informed decisions across our supply chain operations and shape how we plan, measure, and improve for the future.
About the Role
As the Supply Chain Development & Analytics Manager at Interstate Batteries, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and analytics, turning operational data into clear direction for our Dallas-based supply chain teams. This on-site position is ideal for a leader who enjoys building processes, uncovering insights, and partnering across departments to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain development efforts and translate analytics into actionable strategies and process improvements.
- Build, maintain, and interpret reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics for supply chain operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen reliability across the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align data insights with business objectives.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment where people can do their best work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management, analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage projects and people effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across teams.
- Comfortable working on-site in Dallas, Texas in a full-time capacity.
