Transdev is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to lead on-the-ground service delivery for autonomous vehicle testing in the SoMa district of San Francisco. About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary operational point of contact between Transdev and our autonomous driving client. Based on-site in SoMa, San Francisco, you will coordinate the day-to-day execution of services that support self-driving vehicle testing and development, ensuring every shift runs safely, smoothly, and to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the operations liaison between Transdev and the client's autonomous driving program.
- Oversee daily field operations supporting vehicle testing and development efforts.
- Uphold and enforce rigorous safety protocols across all activities and team members.
- Champion Transdev's standards of conduct and professionalism on every shift.
- Promote an inclusive workplace grounded in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles.
- Communicate operational status, issues, and improvements between teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing operations, ideally in transportation, mobility, fleet, or a related field.
- Strong commitment to safety as a non-negotiable operational priority.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a professional, accountable approach to work.
- Genuine alignment with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion values.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in SoMa, San Francisco (this is not a remote position).
