About the Role
As an Irrigation Manager with Mariani Premier Group, you'll oversee the design, installation, maintenance, and ongoing performance of irrigation systems across some of the largest and most intricate landscape projects in the nation. This is a hands-on leadership position based on-site in the US, where you'll partner with seasoned field experts and help set the standard for quality across our growing family of companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, installation, and upkeep of irrigation systems on high-profile landscape projects.
- Lead, schedule, and develop irrigation crews to deliver efficient, reliable results.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues, optimizing water usage and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with project teams and site leadership to keep work on track and on standard.
- Uphold safety practices and quality benchmarks across every job site.
Qualifications
- Practical, hands-on experience with irrigation systems, components, and controllers.
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects at once.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
- Reliable communication and organizational habits.
- Willingness to work on-site at company locations across the US.
