Direct Counsel
Direct Counsel is seeking a Midlevel Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (EC/VC) to join a prestigious law firm’s Southern California offices. This role offers the opportunity to advise startups, venture capital investors, and high-growth companies through all stages of their business lifecycle.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 4-6 years of corporate law experience, with significant focus on EC/VC transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
