We’re hiring an Architectural Assistant to support estimating, bidding, and project coordination for commercial casework and millwork projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, estimating, or project coordination (construction, architecture, or millwork preferred)
- Experience using: Bluebeam, Google Drive, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong documentation practices
- Comfortable working remote during EST or CST hours
