Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

As a leader in the financial technology industry, Wealthfront empowers individuals to take control of their financial futures through high interest saving, automated investing and financial planning. We are looking for a Marketing Manager for Lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be testing and creating marketing programs using lifecycle channels with the goal of helping clients through their customer journey with Wealthfront.

Requirements

• Develop and manage personalized, multi-channel marketing programs designed to increase client’s financial knowledge, grow their savings, and help them find the next product that’s right for them.
• Work closely with Data Science & Engineering, Product Marketing, Consumer Research and Creative to develop personalized programs developed with qualitative and quantitative insights that contribute to business goals.
• Use Wealthfront’s customer segmentation, lifecycle stages, product usage and behaviors to develop automated and scalable marketing programs.
• Oversee end-to-end development and management of lifecycle marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, etc), including strategy, A/B testing, campaign development, reporting, and optimization.
• Measure and communicate performance and impact of marketing programs.
