About the Role
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator at our Plum Springs facility, you'll take ownership of every stage of machine operation and changeover, working to deliver world-class quality on each run. This 2nd and 3rd shift position is central to keeping our production lines safe, dependable, and consistently performing to standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage production machinery throughout your shift, handling setup and changeover tasks with care and accuracy.
- Carry out every task safely and efficiently to support the plant's goals across Safety, Quality, and Reliability (SQR).
- Help drive ongoing improvements that strengthen overall plant performance.
- Support our Customer 1st strategy by maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect.
- Embrace the principles of the Kroger Manufacturing High Performance Work System in your daily work.
Qualifications
- Availability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift on a full-time basis.
- A commitment to working safely and following established procedures at all times.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to learn machine operation and changeover processes and contribute to a team-focused, high-performance environment.
