TekniPlex is hiring a Night Shift Production Operator in Van Wert, Van Wert County, Ohio, to join the team at our newly built molded pulp manufacturing facility. About the Role

As a Night Shift Production Operator at TekniPlex in Van Wert, OH, you will run and monitor production equipment that produces molded pulp consumer products. This position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule on the night shift, with hours from 4:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and is based on-site at the Van Wert Fiber plant within our Consumer Products Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and tend manufacturing machinery used to form molded pulp products during the night shift
• Monitor output and ensure finished goods meet TekniPlex quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with plant safety procedures
• Work the rotating 2-2-3 night schedule reliably and support smooth shift handoffs
• Collaborate with fellow operators and shift leads to keep production running efficiently

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to commit to a rotating night shift from 4:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Eligible to work full-time on-site in Van Wert, Van Wert County, Ohio
