About the Role

As the 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the upkeep and reliability of our Yadkinville, NC plant during overnight hours. The role centers on delivering dependable maintenance support across the facility's buildings, packaging machinery, electrical and power systems, refrigeration, and grounds, ensuring operations stay productive shift after shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance activities throughout the Yadkinville facility during the 3rd shift
• Maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment to minimize downtime
• Support power, electrical, and refrigeration systems to keep production on track
• Coordinate care of the building and surrounding landscaping
• Lead and guide the overnight maintenance team toward safe, efficient performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial or facilities maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or food production setting
• Working knowledge of packaging equipment, electrical/power systems, and refrigeration
• Demonstrated supervisory or team-leadership ability
• Willingness and availability to work the 3rd (overnight) shift at the Yadkinville, NC plant
