Tradesmen International, LLC is hiring a full-time Commercial Carpenter to support active and upcoming commercial builds in and around Oxnard, CA. This is a hands-on, on-site position—typically scheduled on first shift—where you'll join a crew of experienced craftspeople who take pride in safe, efficient, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry tasks across a variety of project sites in the Oxnard and broader Ventura County region.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to complete work accurately.
• Measure, cut, frame, and install materials to professional standards.
• Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety and follow all required protocols.
• Work productively alongside fellow tradespeople to keep projects on schedule.
• Deliver consistent, superior workmanship on every assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Commercial Carpenter.
• Solid command of carpentry tools, methods, and materials used in commercial construction.
• Ability to understand construction documents and execute work to spec.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Oxnard, Ventura County area, primarily on first shift.
