Clark Construction Group is searching for a Senior MEP Manager / Systems Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing delivery on landmark projects in San Antonio, Bexar County. This full-time, on-site position puts an experienced MEP leader at the center of every project phase, from early submittals through final closeout.
About the Role
As a Senior MEP Manager / Systems Manager with Clark Construction Group, you will apply your technical expertise to guide each project toward a successful finish. Working on-site in San Antonio, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of MEP systems and help carry forward the company's reputation for building enduring, high-performing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct all MEP activities from submittal review through project closeout.
- Manage the coordination and performance of critical building systems, including low voltage, security, fire protection, and controls.
- Ensure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes are delivered to specification and on schedule.
- Collaborate across project teams to resolve technical challenges and keep construction progressing smoothly.
- Contribute your knowledge throughout the construction process to drive successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven, senior-level experience managing MEP systems on commercial construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of low voltage, security, fire protection, and controls systems.
- Familiarity with the full project cycle, from submittals through closeout.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in San Antonio, Bexar County.
- Effective leadership, coordination, and communication skills across construction teams.
