Aligned Data Centers is searching for a results-driven Senior Construction Manager to help build and scale some of the most advanced data center infrastructure in the United States. About the Role
As a Senior Construction Manager at Aligned Data Centers, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mission-critical data center construction projects across US sites. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced leader who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performance infrastructure on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day construction operations for data center builds from groundbreaking through final commissioning.
- Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
- Monitor quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout each phase of construction.
- Review project plans, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues that could affect timelines or deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and design teams to align construction with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects, ideally within the data center or mission-critical sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful project completion.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to work on-site at US project locations.
