Field Supervisor – Telecommunications

About the Role

As the Field Supervisor – Telecommunications, you'll be the company's main point of contact at the job site in Rio Rancho, Sandoval County. From the moment a project mobilizes through to its completion, you'll direct daily field activities, coordinate crews, and make sure work is delivered to GAC Enterprises' standards for safety and quality. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in the field and takes ownership of getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site representative for telecommunications construction projects
• Manage and supervise daily field operations from mobilization through final completion
• Lead, coordinate, and support field crews to keep work on schedule
• Enforce safety protocols and uphold quality standards on every task
• Monitor progress and address issues as they arise in the field

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews in telecommunications, utility, or infrastructure construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct teams on active job sites
• A commitment to workplace safety and consistent quality of work
• Comfortable overseeing projects through every phase, from start-up to close-out
• Willing and able to work full-time on-site in Rio Rancho, Sandoval County (this role is not remote)
