We’re hiring a Payroll Accountant to manage end-to-end payroll processing, tax compliance, and payroll accounting for client organizations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. payroll systems, reconciliations, and payroll tax compliance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with at least one system: ADP, Paychex, Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, or BambooHR
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes and compliance
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to resolve discrepancies quickly and meet deadlines
