The Director of Product role exists to decide what we build next and ensure it drives real results for our customers. The role is a hands-on, founding product role that involves making decisions and defining product direction across multiple product areas.
Requirements
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous inputs into product decisions that led to measurable business outcomes
- Experience building or scaling products in a 0 to 1 or early-stage environment
- Strong product judgment with the ability to decide what not to build as much as what to build
