As a Relief Chef Manager, you will be supporting teams across the patch in varying capacities, from short holiday cover to longer term project work, to improve food quality or service. The role requires leadership and team management abilities, excellent creative culinary skills, and knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience in a chef manager role.
- Excellent creative culinary skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills
- Proficiency in food cost management
- Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
