About the Role

As the Facilities Maintenance Specialist at InfoIMAGE, Inc., you will be the hands-on professional who ensures our Mundelein facility runs smoothly. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Lake County, Illinois — it is not a remote role, so candidates must be able to commute to the office daily and reside locally. You will play a central part in upkeep, repairs, and the general care of our building and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across the facility
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve building, equipment, and system issues efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment for staff and visitors
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized service work as needed
• Track maintenance activity and report on the condition of facility assets

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in facilities, building, or general maintenance work
• Practical knowledge of repair, upkeep, and basic building systems
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis immediately — this is a non-sponsorship opportunity, and the employer will not sponsor or transfer applicants for U.S. work authorization
• Able to commute to the Mundelein office and reside locally
