About the Role

As a Building Maintenance I worker, you will support the day-to-day care of the buildings located across our campus. Working under the direction of the Support Services/Maintenance Manager, you will help carry out the regular repairs and general upkeep that keep our facilities in good working order. This is a non-exempt position based in Thomasville, Davidson County.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine repairs and ongoing maintenance for campus buildings
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment across all facilities
• Carry out assigned tasks under the guidance of the Support Services/Maintenance Manager
• Respond to general upkeep needs as they arise throughout the campus
• Support the broader maintenance department in keeping operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Willingness to perform hands-on repair and maintenance duties on-site
• Dependability and attention to detail in completing assigned work
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a maintenance team
