About the Role

As an Access Control Specialist with Armada Ltd, you will serve as a first line of defense at perimeter posts, controlling and monitoring the movement of visitors and employees throughout the facility. This is a full-time, overtime-exempt position based on-site in Rosslyn, Arlington County, reporting to Armada HQ. The position is contingent upon contract award, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable, client-specific security adjudication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit at perimeter checkpoints, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access.
• Confirm the identity and credentials of visitors and staff before granting entry.
• Maintain the overall safety and security of the facility and its occupants.
• Monitor access points and respond appropriately to irregular or unauthorized activity.
• Follow established security procedures and report concerns promptly to Armada HQ.
