Axiom Consultants is seeking an experienced Information Specialist III to join our team in Rosslyn, Arlington County, in this full-time, on-site role supporting mission-critical federal customer service operations. This is an anticipated position pending contract award, ideal for a seasoned support professional ready to deliver expert-level service at scale.
About the Role
As an Information Specialist III, you will operate as a senior member of a busy Response Center, fielding intricate customer questions across phone, email, and other support channels. You will act as a subject-matter resource on Office of Justice Programs (OJP) initiatives, guiding callers to accurate answers and resolving escalated issues with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to complex inquiries from customers across multiple communication channels with accuracy and care.
- Provide advanced, knowledgeable support on OJP programs and related services.
- Serve as a senior point of contact within the Response Center, helping to resolve difficult or escalated cases.
- Use ServiceNow to log, track, and manage support requests through resolution.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality and consistency in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust Clearance held at the time of application.
- Substantial, hands-on experience working with ServiceNow.
- Proven background delivering senior-level customer or technical support, ideally within a Response Center or help-desk setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multifaceted inquiries with sound judgment.
- Familiarity with OJP programs is a strong advantage.
