About the Role

As a Service Outbound Call Representative — also known as a BDC Service Representative — you'll be the friendly voice that reaches out to our service customers from our Crescent Beach dealership. Working within our Business Development Center, you'll schedule appointments, follow up on visits, and make sure every guest feels valued from the first call onward. This is an on-site, full-time position; it is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to current and past service customers to schedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up after service visits to gather feedback and encourage return business.
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date in the dealership's systems.
• Coordinate with the service department to match customer needs with available openings.
• Deliver courteous, professional communication that reflects the Sarasota Toyota standard.

Qualifications

• A friendly, upbeat phone manner and strong listening skills.
• Solid organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Reliability and a team-first attitude.
• Prior experience in a call center, BDC, or customer service role is a plus, though we provide training.
