About the Role
This is a PRN (as-needed) endodontic opportunity built to complement your current dental practice. You'll provide expert root canal therapy and related endodontic treatment on a light, predictable cadence of roughly 1–2 days per month. Compensation runs $1,000–$2,700 per day, structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production — giving you earning upside on every shift you work in Baltimore County.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform endodontic procedures, including root canal treatment, for patients of the practice.
- Evaluate cases, develop treatment plans, and deliver care that meets clinical quality standards.
- Coordinate with the on-site dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with practice and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
- Completed endodontic training and the clinical skill to provide specialized root canal care.
- An active dental license valid for practice in Maryland.
- Availability to work on a flexible, part-time PRN basis around an existing practice schedule.
