Coopman Search and Selection | B Corp™ is recruiting a full-time Contract Manager in Fremont, Alameda County, on behalf of a market-leading aircraft leasing business seeking a commercially astute professional to steward a worldwide fleet portfolio.
About the Role
As Contract Manager, you will oversee the lifecycle administration and ongoing performance of a global aircraft leasing portfolio. Based on-site in Fremont, this position places you at the heart of high-value lease agreements, working closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to keep documentation accurate and obligations on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain lease agreements across an international aircraft portfolio.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance against agreed terms.
- Support commercial decision-making with accurate, well-organised contract records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across leasing operations, asset finance, and aviation commercial functions.
- Help drive efficiency and consistency in contract administration processes.
Qualifications
- Proven background in leasing operations, contracts administration, asset finance, or an aviation commercial discipline.
- Hands-on experience managing aircraft or comparable high-value asset agreements.
- Strong attention to detail with the organisational skills to handle complex, multi-party documentation.
- Comfortable collaborating across commercial, finance, and operational teams.
- Available to work full-time and on-site in Fremont, Alameda County.
