Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Cintas is hiring a Route Service Representative in Owatonna, Steele County, for a Monday-through-Thursday 4-day workweek — a full-time, hands-on role for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys building customer relationships, and wants to grow accounts within an established territory.

About the Role

As a Route Service Representative on Cintas's Rental Division team, you'll operate a company truck along a set route in and around Owatonna, delivering exceptional service to an existing base of business customers. This is an active, fast-moving position that blends indoor and outdoor work, customer care, and account growth — ideal for self-starters who like variety and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Cintas route truck safely along an established delivery route
• Deliver and collect uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and related rental items
• Service, retain, and expand a current portfolio of customer accounts
• Identify and act on opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing customers
• Provide reliable, professional support that keeps each account satisfied and growing

Qualifications

• Comfort with physically demanding, fast-paced work in both indoor and outdoor settings
• A valid driver's license and willingness to operate a delivery truck along a defined route
• Strong customer-service skills with a knack for relationship building and selling
• Dependability, self-motivation, and the ability to manage a daily route independently
• Eligibility to work full-time on-site in Owatonna, Steele County (this is not a remote position)
